Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of relevant experience to contribute towards the success of our clients. The individual will work with Customer Success Manager and Operations Lead on Resource and Project Management. This position will report directly to the Operations Lead.


As a Senior Business Analyst, the candidate is expected to:

  • Lead the discussions with our customers in articulation of problem statement, setting priorities, defining scope, identifying key metrics, data sources, gathering requirements and prototyping solutions.
  • Be the point person in providing high quality business analysis and evaluate project requirements through a thorough understanding of all parameters — business problem, data, development and business logic.
  • Provide analytical support in the conceptualization, development and implementation of projects.
  • Spearhead projects to successful completion through project and resource planning and management, working with the Data and Development team.
  • Perform quality assurance.
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements.
  • Establish and maintain a post-launch support structure through issue resolution and timely data updates.
  • Support and work closely with the Customer Success Manager in developing relationship with clients, working with them to optimize and enhance our product integration.
  • Help design, document and maintain operational processes.
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring and discovering issues proactively and deliver better value to the customers.

  • At least 5+ years of previous experience in Business Analysis or Project Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in solving analytical problems in Agriculture or related industries
  • 3+ years experience with data visualization and prototyping tools such as Tableau/Looker/Spotfire
  • Solid knowledge in creating process documentation.
  • Expert level knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem management skills. Able to get guidance and act decisively to implement multiple projects.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Accountable!
