We are currently looking for a Human Resources Recruiter with the skills, ability and character to develop innovative ways to contribute to our success. This position will provide a proven leader with the opportunity to join our team and make a positive impact on the growth of our firm.

Experience Skills + Traits for Success

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelors in Human Resources (or equivalent) required
  • Strong software skills, especially relating to Microsoft Office
  • Efficient with ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively with little direction or oversight
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
  • Adaptability to changing priorities, approaches and deadlines
  • Manage multiple recruitment-based projects
  • Positive and energetic attitude that encourages teamwork and respect for others
  • Experience in design related field a plus

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Organize Firm recruiting effort and strategies
  • Identify and source potential candidates
  • Assist with developing and maintaining internal and external relationships critical to attracting and retaining the best talent
  • Further develop University relations and recruiting efforts
  • Coordinate and oversee the interview process
  • Coordinate, Extend and Negotiate offer
  • Assist with transition of new hire to the on-boarding process (orientation/set up process)

Future Opportunities

  • Assume more responsibilities for personnel development and management including staff performance and career development
  • Manage employee relationships and provide leadership as it relates to firm culture
